Margot Natoli has worked with key agencies and official stakeholders including… Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (Property NSW), City of Sydney, NSW Police, OLGR, STA, RMS, TMC, Transport NSW, Sydney Trains, Sydney Ports, Sydney Harbour Ferries, Department of Premier and Cabinet, NSW Ambulance, National Parks and Wildlife, Centennial and Moore Park Trust, Sydney Olympic Park, Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust, Parramatta City Council, City of Melbourne, Stonnington Council, Victorian Police, City of Brisbane, Destinations NSW and the Royal Australian Navy.

Sourcing contractors and quotes. Contracting suppliers, production scheduling, program running schedules and compliance with WH&S and associated government, local Council and Australian safety standards.
Event marketing, promotions, sponsorship, signage, communications and media leveraging.
DA and licensing agreements development and compliance, including the delivery of major event safety plans, including risk analysis and hazard assessment, drug and alcohol, medical and security, sound, traffic, waste and communications, infrastructure, staffing and volunteer plans.
Event creative programming including research and development of workshops, seminars, business networking and live entertainment and performances.
Budget development and control.
Sponsorship procurement and creative sponsors activation.
Engagement of suitably skilled production and logistic teams developed according to each projects production and logistical requirements, including supply of full range of supplier contractors, together with site managers, stage managers, assistant stage managers, production co-ordinators, logistic co-ordinators, licensed security services, licensed bar operator and temporary food vending and catering, safety officers, general staff, welcome hosts and volunteers.
