In 2009 and 2010, 2,000 invited guests attended Dawes Point Reserve for the City of Sydney New Year’s Eve celebrations. The brief required management of a core team consisting of Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Stage Manager, Production Assistant with Secondment Interns and Welcome Hosts. Official stakeholders involved included Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, The Rocks Licensing Police, IMG and Global TV, City of Sydney NYE major sponsor, 2DayFM.
